Mayonnaise is something which we all enjoyed and we buy from stores, but now we can make our own mayonnaise at home. This healthy method of cooking i learnt from my Mom and modified little to suite my taste.
Here we are going to see, how to make the basic mayonnaise at home and then you can add more flavor to make a spicy mayonnaise or make a dipping sauce for chicken, the possibilities are limitless.
Ingredients
1. Garlic
2. Lemon Juice
3. Egg
4. Refined oil
5. Pepper Powder (Optional)

A Simple process of mixing all the ingredients, we are going to get a tasty & healthy Mayonnaise in home, take a few Garlic and Lemon juice and grind in mixer until it becomes paste.
As soon as Garlic & lemon becomes paste, add fresh Egg and and grind again in the mixer. At this stage we will get a fine Mayonnaise paste, we need to add little by little Refined Oil until we get a Clear paste consistency of Mayonnaise. Within five minutes we can get Garlic Mayonnaise Sauce in home.
To get a spicy flavor we can add pepper powder to taste.
Friends, no more buying mayonnaise at stores because we can now make it at home.
